Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Returns are initiated by emailing shop@knollburyfort.com. 

A small handling and courier fee will be deducted from the refund total for standard returns. 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described: opened or unsealed alcohol, perishable food items, gift cards, and personalised items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If there are any problems with your delivery, including damaged or missing items, please reach out to shop@knollburyfort.com. We'll review your case and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. We’ll assess each case and aim to respond within 2 business days.
